The fastest way for you to access your account statement is through your online account.
Here's how to see your statement online:
1. Log into your account and view your Statement in the My Account area. Here you'll find the up to date breakdown of your account. You can also pay your invoices from here using a credit/debit card.
2. Select download statement and chose either .pdf or .csv format.
You can also find copies of your invoices and credit notes on the Document History tab.
If you don't have access to your online account, customer services can provide a copy for you. Let us know your account details and we can send you a copy.
