Copy delivery notes are available in your online account. To locate these:
1. Log in to your account and view your Order history in My Account area.
2. On the all orders tab locate the required order and click the "Track Order" button
3. From the Tracking page you can select the option to download your delivery note
If you don't have access to your online account customer services can provide you with a copy. Please let us know your account and order details for us to locate the delivery note you require.
